Job Description
We are looking for an exceptionally talented Administrative Manager to lead the administration field and work together with our management and employees all around the world.
Key job responsibilities include:
Supporting Finance with their responsibilities, including procurement, expense management, vendor payments, customer billing, collection and more
Supporting the company’s team members with their administration needs, while collaborating with HR, IT, and others
Working with various computer systems and interfacing with a multitude of people and departments across the organization
Requirements
3+ years of experience in administrative role in the high-tech field
Native English speaker (reading, writing and speaking)
Exceptional attention to details
Strong organizational and time management skills
Great communication and interpersonal skills, and service orientation
Previous experience working with Microsoft Office tools (mainly Excel and Word) and high orientation for working with computer systems in a high-tech environment
Position scope: Full time (80% may be considered, if requested)
Working Hours: Sundays – Thursdays, 9:00-18:00 (can be flexible)
