Senior Operations Manager

The role

We are looking for a talented and experienced tour operator to join our team.

The role involves booking and coordinating the logistics of complex FIT and group travel arrangements; requoting and making adjustments to itineraries (including costings); handling supplier relationships; and being the main point of contact for clients while they are in-country.

The ideal candidate will:

• have a minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in incoming travel
• take an innate sense of pride their work
• be highly organized and good at time management
• be super friendly with a natural flare for customer service
• enjoy independent thought, and be a quick and clever problem solver
• full fluency in written and spoken English
