We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Processor to handle payroll for approximately 1,200 employees. The ideal candidate will manage various payroll tasks and ensure accuracy in processing and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll, including pay increases, back pay, insurance deductions, reimbursements, bonuses, and other payments.
  • Generate and provide payroll reports to management.
  • Track employee performance reviews and process associated pay increases.
  • Maintain and update payroll scorecards.
  • Prepare, send, and file offer letters.
  • Complete disability forms and verification of employment (VOE) requests.
  • Manage other payroll-related documents and processes as needed.
  • Prepare and submit reports for the State incentive program.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with payroll processing required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems. ADP preferred but not required
  • Experience in managing complex payroll processes for large teams.

Work from home (within Israel)

Hours will fluctuate, averaging 15-20 hours per week, with additional hours required during payroll days (which is Wednesday) and project times.

The role requires some US hours. Wednesday's 10 am - 3 pm (EST), other days are flexible, would need some US hours for communication.
