R&D Group Manager – Tel Aviv
We are seeking for a motivated and experienced R&D Group Manager to play an important role in the Tel Aviv new offices of a growing SaaS based product company, to lead the developers team.
Responsibilities include:
- Work with the Product team and the CTO to plan the roadmap delivery
- Define workflows and collaboration between departments
- Recruit, lead and mentor a team of developers and team leads
- Define and track Dev KPIs that ensure a clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Hands-On: writing code and performing code reviews
Requirements:
- B.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience in SaaS development
- Strong understanding of SaaS architecture and technologies
- 4+ years of experience in management positions
- Experience working with cloud-based architectures
- High standards for code quality, testing, and performance
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Strong leadership skills for coaching and mentoring
