Client is seeking a Part Time Recruiter
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through various channels.
- Engage with and travel to university admissions offices, attend job fairs.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and data records.
- Stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven recruiting experience.
- Strong networking and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Go-getter attitude and proactive approach.
- High level English and Hebrew
20-25 hours per week. Hybrid: Work from home with 1-2 days in the office near Beit Shemesh. Travel for networking is required.
