Job Description:
- Full responsibility for the Aliyah Eligibility application process for Naale candidates
- Working with the Jewish Agency (JAFI) on the Aliyah Eligibility application process, ongoing work with the JAFI Jamp software, opening candidate files, uploading documents, updating necessary information and monitoring case status with JAFI's coordinators.
- Working with the Naale Regional Managers worldwide to receive all the required documents from the candidates and monitoring the application status.
- Analyzing the initial information received for determining eligibility for Naale program - eligibility for Aliyah, Jewish status, parental custody and more.
- Handling new inquiries and transferring them to the appropriate Regional Manager and monitoring their registration process.
- Annually updating the parents' questionnaire examining eligibility for the program.
- Training the Regional Managers with regards to the registration systems and providing them support.
- Assisting the development team in working on the new CRM design.
Job Requirements:
- Native English and Hebrew Speaker
- Independent, creative, responsible, self-disciplined and multi-tasker
- High attention to detail and the ability to organize and systematize at a high level
- Great communication skills
- Flexibility in hours - working with people in different time zones
- Familiarity with software such as Excel and collaborative tools such as Google docs / sheets / drive
- Familiarity with the Jewish world - an advantage
- Experience working with Salesforce software - an advantage
