- Leverage your 5+ years of experience in the U.S. tax field to handle clients of all complexity levels and support associates and senior associates with complex cases.
- Provide leadership and coaching, creating an environment of trust, open communication, and creative thinking while ensuring your team has the necessary education and training.
- Foster healthy group dynamics, striving for team consensus, resolving issues when necessary, and celebrating accomplishments.
- Facilitate problem-solving and collaboration, ensuring discussions and decisions lead to successful task completion.
- Oversee and manage team resources, coordinating space, equipment, communication lines, meetings, agendas, and deliverables.
- Communicate team status, task accomplishments, and direction, providing status reports and escalating issues when necessary.
- This may include reviewing tax returns to ensure quality and compliance with applicable tax laws.
- Alternatively, this may include handling client intake, technical writing, and providing high-level consulting services.
