Back-Office Administrator
Keys Responsibilities:
 Processing of new accounts - Data Entry and Data Check
 Ordering and reviewing medical bills and documents
 Letter writing, editing and account auditing
 Preparing patient cases for Billing Agent assignment utilizing some of the major US
Healthcare Billing and Health Information Management Systems
 Communicating with hospitals, Medical Records and Billing Departments in reference to payment processing and documents needed to bill insurance companies and patients globally
 Letter writing, editing and account auditing
 Other Data Administrative Tasks

Requirements and Skills:
 BA/BS
 High level written and spoken English – Must
 Detail oriented
 Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office
 Good analytical and written communication skills
 Background in the US Healthcare business industry, insurance industry or billing,
is a plus
