DESCRIPTION

Fans Media is an NSFW-oriented influencer social media platform that allows individuals to sell subscriptions and media content. We are currently seeking a social media and community manager.

The applicant must speak both fluent English and Arabic and have experience with social media marketing.

The roles of the job will be:

Curating regular messages to the existing community and educating them on new features and how best to use them!
Reaching out to current community members to educate them on how to perform better and monetize their content better by creating awareness around their individual brand identity.
Outreach via Twitter and other social channels to niche content creators in the Middle Eastern region to inform them of our product and service and how we have specifically designed our product to fit their needs
Help onboard these creators through telegram channels and others supporting the onboarding process.
Manage company account for Social Media (Twitter, Instagram).
Write creative and distinctive content to publish on all platforms
Plan a comprehensive social media strategy for improving the outreach of the organization.
Analyze the impact of different online campaigns on the target customer for in-depth evaluation.
Use SEO analysis tools and software to track customer satisfaction, engagement, and ROI, suggesting appropriate optimization.
Take the initiative to understand modern trends and social media platforms to aim at a high level of user engagement.

Skills

Thorough knowledge of social media platforms and indicators like clicks, profile visits, likes, reach, etc.
Proficient in collaborating with relevant professionals to develop successful social media campaigns.
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
Adept in publishing social media captions, articles, training videos and blogs, and other online resources.
Efficient in exchanging knowledge through written and informal discussions with colleagues and senior management.
Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
