A startup biotech company in the field of neutrophil based immunotherapy for COPD is looking for a senior scientist. The company is building a platform that will be used to facilitate the development of innovative treatments based on neutrophil specific nanoparticles. The candidate will perform in vitro and in vivo experiments for pre-clinical development and validation of the drug pipeline. The role will involve extensive interactions with CROs and work on preclinical characterization of the molecule.The candidate should have a Ph.D, with deep experience in biology & chemistry and knowledge of all the major in vitro and in vivo techniques. A minimum of 2 years work in industry with a background in drug development (specifically in nanoparticles & liposomes) a plus. The company will be based in Jerusalem.
