Masa Israeli is seeking an experienced Director of Resource Development & Partnerships to lead fundraising efforts and expand strategic donor relationships

Masa Israeli was founded 20 years ago with the purpose of strengthening the feeling of belonging and love toward Israel, while expanding the Jewish, Zionist, and Israeli identity among youth, soldiers, and adults, both in Israel and overseas, through immersive journeys across Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Strategic Leadership – Develop and implement a multi-year resource

development strategy to ensure financial growth and sustainability.
🔹 Major Gifts & Donor Engagement – Cultivate relationships with high-

net-worth individuals, philanthropic foundations, corporate sponsors, and

institutional donors.
🔹 Global Partnerships – Establish and strengthen strategic alliances with

international Jewish organizations, federations, and philanthropic

networks.
🔹 Grant Strategy & Management – Oversee the identification, writing, and

submission of high-value grant proposals while ensuring compliance and

impact reporting.
🔹 Team Leadership & Development – Build and manage a high-

performing resource development team, fostering collaboration and

innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, nonprofit management, communications, or a related field (Master degree preferred).
• Proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, and grant writing
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Native-level English—mandatory
• Strong strategic thinking and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
