I am looking for a good rehabilitation and physiotherapy clinic in Israel for my niece, a victim of shooting in Michigan, that left her temporarily handicapped and undergoing a ridiculously short rehab due to Michigan state's microscopic HIPAA program.
We are also looking for other organizations of financial backup till the family's insurance gets sorted out and disbursed, since she and her sister became orphaned. We were quoted a cost of inpatient rehab as $40,000 a month. The extent of my niece's injury requires maybe a six months stay.
