HEllo, I tried for over a month to pay parking tickets and their website was constantly not working. I sent a request for technical assistance telling them it's not working. I tried calling and I left my number a few times and didn't get a call back.Life takes over and I couldn't focus on it everyday.... I tried a number of ways and I think I did my fair part and now I have penalty fees for lateness. In order to lower the rate I need a lawyer to sign a form. Does anyone know of a lawyer who would be willing to do that ? I could pay something....
