Company is an international network of companies providing added value services that support the development of fair, transparent, competitive and efficient diamond and jewelry markets. We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team.
This is a full time, hybrid position based in Jerusalem, Israel.
Responsibilities:
- Own product and features while working within a product team
- Understand the needs and motivations of the market and various stakeholders, analyze and translate these needs into detailed product requirements
- Work within a product team to build out the product roadmap
- Own the backlog, evaluate and create priorities and sprints to ensure delivery
- Work with internal and outsourced engineering teams using Agile methodology to drive rapid development
Requirements:
- Fluent English – A MUST
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager with proven ability to specify and deliver quality B2B products – A MUST
- Experience in Agile processes and methodologies – A MUST
- Highly experienced in writing product requirements, Persons, User scenarios and flows.
- 2+ year of web product management experience.
- Experience in leading a product from definition to launch.
- Ability to communicate ideas and tasks through product documentation and mockups
- Ability to look at the smallest detail while not losing sight of the big picture
- Organized, methodical and creative team player
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience in working with APIs and Backend products – An advantage.
