About Justifi
Justifi is a non-profit organization that is a leading provider of international travel for Jewish people (primarily targeting North Americans, aged 18-38) looking to get out of their comfort zone and experience the world. Justifi’s unique “Adventure with Purpose” philosophy means that our trips combine volunteering and extensive travel with meditation, Shabbat experiences, and a focus on the philosophy of Tikkun Olam. Justifi has been running programming for over 10 years, has over 1000 alumni, and currently operates trips to Thailand, Colombia, India, Uganda, Peru, South Africa, and Uganda.
Justifi is now hiring a Sales Manager
Reporting to the COO and working actively with leaders across the Jewish world, the role will focus on researching and identifying new potential partner organizations and the direct selling of Justifi Trips to interested Jewish organizations and partners
The appropriate candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing and be a motivated self-starter with the ability to passionately articulate the value of Justifi Trips. Special attention will be given to applications from those who can leverage existing personal networks within the Jewish world.
Daily tasks include proactive communication (such as out calling, email marketing, networking on social media, etc), collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales materials, and shepherding potential clients through a long sales cycle to a successful closing.
