We are looking for motivated support agents for our call center.
Tier 1 support for communication services (cellular, home internet, landline, TV)
This is a work-from-home full-time position.
Personal Qualities:
Tech-savvy, or being willing to learn.
Ability to relate to and engage clientele.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workflow.
Ability to work well within a focused team.
Job Requirements:
Must be Anglo mentality and customer service oriented.
Spoken and written English mother tongue level is a must.
Spoken and written advanced Hebrew is a must.
A PC with a stable internet connection and a quiet place to work from home.
