We live in chutz l'aretz and are considering hiring the Getter Group to help us (finding diras, dealing with paperwork, etc.) in Yerushalayim area, or possibly RBS. If you have experience with them or someone else providing similar services helping people buy a dira, we'd love to hear your advice!
