GreenPoint Law & Compliance is seeking a dynamic recruiter to identify and pre-screen candidates to evaluate their availability, skills, work history, education, compensation needs, and other qualifications. The position involves sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in all types of temporary and permanent positions for our clients, which include law firms, corporate legal departments, and legal services providers. The recruiter will interact with candidates and clients on a regular basis through phone, email, and other means of communication.

Requirements

  • Native English speaker; excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with high-level executives
  • Comfort with phone-based work and the ability to type notes quickly during dictation
  • Driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment
  • Knowledge of the law practice industry through education, training or previous employment, preferred
  • Experience in a legal recruiting setting, preferred
  • Knowledge of recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, PCR, Indeed, etc., a plus.

Specifics: Work from home in Israel during afternoon-evening hours, as an employee or consultant. Work schedule: 8am-4pm EST, or comparable work schedule. Compensation: 50 NIS – 60 NIS per hour, commensurate with experience. Option of full-time monthly salary, or part-time hourly basis.
