IsraTransfer is looking for enthusiastic, thoughtful, and highly motivated problem solvers who are passionate about creating a positive customer experience and building strong relationships with our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting our sales team onboard clients
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Assisting our compliance department obtain client documents
- Set up new customer accounts
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Ability to work under pressure
- Work successfully in a team environment, as well as independently
- Organized and detail oriented
- Required languages: English - Mother Tongue, Hebrew - excellent working knowledgeThis is a full-time position, from our Jerusalem office.
