Director of Finance and Administration - Temporary Position (approx. 5-6 months)
Complete control over the financial and administrate aspects of an up and coming law firm (currently 5 lawyers) in the Har Tuv Industrial Zone, Beit Shemesh.
Personal Assistant to the 2 founding partners.
Sunday – Thursday 7 hours, 8:00 am-15:00 pm (suitable for parents)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Finance Aspects (Approx. 70% of position)
o Billing and collection;
o Organizing information and producing reports for management (cash flow, bank situation, etc).
o Managing bank accounts;
o liaison with accountants and bookkeeper (dealing with payment slips, social benefits/pensions, monthly accounts, etc).
Administrative Aspects (Approx. 20% of position)
o Running the front desk, telephone and scheduling – you will be the main point of contact for all client requests of an administrative nature;
o Dealing with suppliers;
o Ongoing upkeep of the office;
o HR aspects.
Personal Assistance Aspects (Approx. 10% of position)
o Manage diary and schedule meetings for the 2 partners;
o Handle personal administrative tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
This is a temporary maternity leave replacement, starting immediately.
Possible option to continue with partial scope after end of maternity replacement.
