Level 2 Computer Techinician

Position Entails:

• Advanced understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems and network systems.
• Interpersonal skills such as, communication, active listening and professional level customer-care.
• Diagnosis skills of technical issues.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
• Service awareness of all organization’s key services for which support is being provided.
• Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide services.
• Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast -paced environment.
• Knowledge of when it is appropriate to escalate matters.

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in providing IT support at an MSP or similar IT organization is required.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with MS Windows 8/10 desktop operating system required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with AD, Office365 and DNS required
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with MS Office 365 required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience using RMM and PSA tools is required.
• Minimum 1-year experience using any kind of ticketing system is required.
• Passion for teamwork, continuing education, problem solving, exceptional customer service and communication skills is required.
