MyPwr Ltd., a social tech startup in Jerusalem is seeking an
Executive Assistant to the CEO.
This is a full-time, in-office position.
Responsibilities include:
·Manage email accounts, calendar and Calendly.
·Manage travel arrangements, as well as presentations, marketing materials and equipment the CEO requires for speaking engagements.
·Manage receipts, pay bills, communicate with accountants.
·Take care of special projects as they arise.
·Some social media for CEO’s personal brand, (not the company)
We are looking for a self-starter who is intelligent, efficient,
organized and detail-oriented.
Must be completely fluent in English, including reading and writing. Conversational Hebrew is helpful, fluency is not necessary.
