Midreshet B’erot Bat Ayin is Hiring New Assistant Director

Midreshet B’erot Bat Ayin: Holistic Torah for Women on the Land is looking to hire a new staff for a leadership position.

The suitable candidate has the following qualifications:

• Loves Torah and Outreach
• Is excited to be involved in administrative work that supports a spiritual goal
• Is detail-oriented, while also seeing the big picture
• Has leadership abilities
• Can oversee and direct staff and ensure needed tasks are taken care of timely
• Is innovative and self-motivated
• Can work independently while also is able to follow instructions
• Has connections in the outreach world
• Is between the age of 30-45
• Lives in Gush Etzion or is willing to relocate to Gush Etzion
• (for a woman we can offer simple accommodations in Bat Ayin)
• Loves the Land of Israel
• The position is 25 hours a week and may be increased to a full-time 40-hour week after the three-month trial period. 
• Additional skills that will be helpful but not crucial:
• Is familiar with Web-updating (wordpress)
• Is fluent in Hebrew and English
• Is an eloquent writer
• Has gardening experience
