Field Engineer for Jerusalem Area
Established Jerusalem IT company with a focus on SME and SMB customers is searching for an experienced field engineer to join our dynamic team. Candidate will join a team providing on-site diagnostics, support and consulting to our customers and will be working tightly with our NOC/remote support team to handle larger projects and support incidents.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in IT
- Experience specifically with networking is required (VLANs, NATing, routes, VPN, wifi deployment etc)
- End user familiarity with Windows Server 2012/2016/2019
- Windows 7/8/10
- Ability to support end users with standard office software and hardware
- Experience with office365
- Experience with desktop/laptop hardware diagnostics
- Experience with server hardware is a plus
- Work primarily at client locations
- Valid Drivers License
- Strong Diagnostic Skills
- Service Oriented Approach
- General interest in technology, home automation, access control, cybersecurity
- Fluent English and Hebrew
- University Degree - advantage
