We're looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant for an incredible IT company that provides IT services for businesses and residential.
Responsibilities include:
Vendor management
Scheduling projects
Accounts payable
Manage inventory
Monthly billing
Customer service
Requirements:
Excellent English and Hebrew
2+ years of experience in similar duties
Experienced with Office 365 Suite of applications
CRM experience – a plus
