Responsibilities:
● Serving as the first point of contact for potential students in their enrollment process
● Managing emails and calls with prospective students to identify their potential needs
● Interacting with prospective students via WhatsApp and SMS.
● Scheduling introduction Zoom meetings for our sales staff
● Moving leads through the marketing funnel, arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls
● Maintaining contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
● Meeting scheduling goals
● Facilitating Zoom meetings with potential students
● Providing customer support for potential and current students
Requirements:
● Excellent phone skills
● Ability to close a meeting
● Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
● Good time management and analytical skills
● Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram.
● Excellent multitasking skills
● Highly self-motivated and driven
This role is a part-time position of at least 50%, flexible hours. Perfect for students.
