We are looking for an experienced, smart, pragmatic, and quick-learning Product Owner to lead a product team. As PO, you will be responsible for planning and executing the product backlog. You will build and groom the backlog according to company milestones, problems, missions, and opportunities while focusing on VALUE. You will collaborate with stakeholders and various departments in the company.
Responsibilities:
- Create the mission roadmap based on ROI and the company vision.
- Manage the product backlog (epic, stories, bugs) and always have ready to work stories.
- Work with KPIs and goals.
- Build clear and focused stories for developers, while communicating with different stakeholders.
- Be on the watch for production issues and urgent requests.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Proven professional experience in at least one of the following areas – product management, software engineering, QA, project management (or equivalent).
- 2+ years of Proven professional experience as Product Owner / Product Manager.
- You have a technical background and you gravitate towards solving problems with technology.
Technical Proficiency
- Experienced in agile methodologies (SCRUM or Kanban).
- Knows how to build ROI, prioritize epics based on value, and define MVP for products.
- Can create prototypes, mockups, and wireframes.
Leadership & Collaboration
- You are extremely structured and organized, with attention to details.
- You are able to give transparent updates on the progress of the team.
- You collaborate with the Graphic Design team on building UI/UX and the Content Team on UX writing.
- You know how to present in large group meetings and convey your message clearly and convincingly.
- You contribute and share knowledge with the other product owners.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, industrial & management engineering (or equivalent).
- Fluent English.
