Qualifications
✓ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
✓ Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles, with at least 7-10 years of experience in operations management.
✓ Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
✓ Excellent financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
✓ Knowledge of fluent Hebrew and English, both spoken and written.
✓ Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
✓ Demonstrated experience in driving organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
✓ Experience in the non-profit sector or fundraising would be a plus.
