Recruitment firm in hyper-growth mode looking for the newest researcher!
This is a full-time role, ON-SITE IN OUR BEIT SHEMESH OFFICE, Monday-Thursday, 3 PM - 11:30 PM.
As a member of the team you will:
- Help people achieve their career goals!
- Research, source, screen and process candidates through various sourcing channels.
- Develop and implements an effective sourcing strategy.
- Work together with the recruiters and managers to define candidate profiles.
- Build and maintain a talent pool that can meet the company’s future hiring needs.
Requirements:
- English at a mother tongue level – must
- Online savviness – mastery at online research (Google and beyond)
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, HR systems (including an ATS) and candidate management systems
- Computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work extra hours if needed
- Familiarity with U.S. culture
