This role involves taking primary responsibility for identifying and bringing new business, which will include management of social media marketing and content to generate leads.
Key responsibilities include:
• Proactive lead generation and self-calling, with a primary focus on Asset Managers, Introducing Brokers and High Net Worth Individual clients
• Managing the entire sales process efficiently and effectively; from initial contact to contract negotiations and final setup with the Operations team.
• Presenting and demonstrating YCM Invest value propositions and product offerings at exhibitions and conferences in Cyprus, Dubai, London and other destinations when necessary.
• Hitting and exceeding individual targets consistently.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant technology/brokerage services experience.
• Excellent English: written and verbal communication skills (other languages is a plus)
• University degree or a comparable level achieved through experience.
• General understanding of the global brokerage and investment management markets, willingness and eagerness to learn quickly and continuously.
• Proven track record as a true sales hunter ideally in the online trading environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, chutzpah, and self-motivation are required.
• Domestic and international travel may be required
