Social Work Position at Melabev Beit Shemesh

Melabev is looking for a Social Worker/ Gerontologist for a 50% position in our Beit Shemesh branch.

Responsibilities include:

• Intake of new clients
• Liaise between clients, families and staff
• Work with Bituach Leumi, Kuppot and other relevant bodies
• Initiate, organize and facilitate support groups for family members and caregivers
• Run cognitive and therapeutic sessions for groups and individuals

Requirements

• Organized, committed, responsible, devoted, attention to detail
• Comfortable working with adults with Dementia
• Fluent English / Hebrew (both oral and written)
• Computer proficient including Google drive
