Establishing corporations in Israel and the US, negotiating and drafting the foundation agreements (Articles of Organization, Bylaws, Operating Agreement, founders' agreements, etc.); providing legal counselling in matters of corporate governance and day-to-day practice; negotiating and drafting commercial contracts and helping the clients close their transactions; and where required – litigating your case.
- Foreign Judgments Enforcement. Domestication of foreign judgments in Israel followed by actual collection efforts.
- Wills and estates: Drafting wills; handling all aspects of probate/administration proceedings; wills' contesting and defense; including in matters of foreign deceaseds where legal opinion of the foreign law is required.
- Real Estate Transactions and litigation: Representation in various real estate transactions as either buyer or seller; from both contractors ("first hand") or vis-à-vis private sellers/buyers ("second hand").
- Notarial Services. In my capacity as an Israeli Notary. I provide all notarial services, including verified translations in Hebrew, English and Romanian.
- Legal translations: Hebrew-English; English-Hebrew.
