Admin Support position - Beit Shemesh - in office

A Real Estate business of developers of properties, operating primarily in Europe, is looking to employ an Admin position. This is an inhouse position in a female office located in Beit Shemesh. Candidate MUST have at least 2 years experience and MUST speak both English and Hebrew fluently. Hours are 11am - 5pm, Sundays - Thursdays on a 1 year contract. Remote on Erev Yom Tov and Chol Hamoed.

The employee will be responsible for: Overseeing the daily administrative tasks of the company’s team members -improving operating procedures for optimal efficiency, Reporting on a regular basis to the management and to the clients/supplier, answering phone calls and emails and taking messages, taking accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings, helping with daily time management, running errands as requested, planning travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation, coordinating events and speaking engagements, correspondences such as emails and letters, scheduling meetings and manage calendars, sale & after sale support -Office equipment and its maintenance Management.
