SALES TEAM MANAGER
Due to expansion we are looking for a Sales Team Manager!
Responsibilities Include:
* Managing a sales/recruitment team on the floor
* Set individual targets with team
* Co-ordinate recruitment strategy action plans for individual recruiters/sourcers to ensure the achievement of performance goals
* Oversee the activities and performance of the team
* Monitor the achievement of recruitment objectives by the team
* Review and approve resumes presented by recruiters/sourcers
* Evaluate performance of team
* Generate timely recruitment reports
Requirements:
* Experience of managing a telephonic sales team
* Speak mother-tongue level English
* Positive with a can-do attitude
* High level of professionalism & self-motivation
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Bachelors Degree preferred
* Strong computer skills
* Ability to manage and analyse data
Location: Jerusalem City Center - working remotely until restrictions are lifted
Hours of operation:
Sunday: 10:00am - 4:00pm
Monday - Thursday: 3:30pm - 12:00am
Salary range: Competitive salary + commission structure
