Sachlav is looking for placement coordinator for MasaTech, an exclusive work relocation program. You will join a collaborative, cross-company team working towards bringing people from across the globe to Israel for a once-in-a-lifetime experience. What your average day looks like:
-Interviewing participants
-Coordinating interviews for participants
-Resume editing
-Networking and establishing relationships with high-tech companies in Israel
-Keeping track of the placement process for all participants in your pipeline
-Updating and maintaining internal database
-Reporting to partner organizations on progress
-Updating internal database regarding each participant
-Assist participants with logistic issues
Requirements:
-Fluent English
-Experience with recruitment
-Knowledge of the Israeli high-tech industry and market
-Good communication skills both in-person and on the phone
-Self-motivated, articulate, with strong interpersonal skills
-Flexibility to work later if needed
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Availability to work in Tel Aviv 1x week, and attend monthly events in Tel Aviv
-High level of Hebrew
This is a full-time position. Hours: 10:00-19:00 Sunday-Thursday from our Jerusalem office.
