We are an established online business in Canada. We are seeking a responsible individual for phone and email support to fill a position that is opening due to the upcoming retirement of a team member.
The candidate must be comfortable with speaking to customers over the phone to address customer concerns and questions and resolve issues regarding personal accounts.
The position requires work during Canadian business hours, 3-4 hours per day, 4-5 days per week.
The job does not require technical knowledge except for basic computer skills.
