Due to one of our roommates unfortunately needing to return to America at short notice we have a room immediately available in our 3-bedroom SS/SK/SY mens apartment in Baka on a contract extending until November 30th. Looking for a responsible, tidy, mature, non-smoking, and sociable English speaker (Anglo background preferred) aged 26-37.
The apartment is in good condition, furnished, and has generous storage space in the kitchen and bedrooms. Stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dud shemesh, and washing machine are all provided by the landlord. It is on the second floor and there is AC in the living room. The extendable dining table can seat 8 people for Shabbat meals. The room comes with a bed, bedside table, and floor to ceiling inbuilt closet.
Landlord is fair and pleasant to deal
with and is responsive about addressing issues that arise.
Prime location on Derech Beit Lechem between Yehudah and Rivka St with lots of amenities within walking distance.
- 2 minutes to stops for the 7, 12, 71, 72, 74, and 75 bus lines.
- 10 minutes to Kanyon Hadar, Shufersal, and Rami Levy.
- Close to many great shuls, including Nitzanim, Mizmor L’David, and Yedidya.
- Variety of restaurants, shops, bakeries, clinics, and banks all within 15 minutes.
We like guests and hosting meals on Shabbat and Yom Tov (assuming no pandemics are in effect), but this is not a loud party house and we prefer things to quieten down most evenings. Ladies are requested the leave the apartment by 11PM.
