Senior Backend Developer – Jerusalem

We are seeking for and experienced Backend Engineer to play an important role in the R&D team at a global start-up company that develops B2B AI-based SaaS platforms for the American automotive industry and already has hundreds of satisfied customers!

You will have the opportunity to take ownership over the development of amazing new products and work on interesting projects inside a smart, and dynamic engineering team. This position is for an experienced Backend developer who wants to grow in the Product field and understands the business side of the R&D work.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the Product and lead development projects.
• Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code.
• Define the milestones and deadlines for your projects and implement them.
• Ensure that the projects meet business objectives and compliance standards
• Support test and deployment of new products and features.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Backend Software development experience.
• 3+ years experience developing for web
• BSc degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field of study
• Passionate about writing clean code that can scale
• Able to prioritize, work independently and a "getting things done" attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong sense of ownership.

This is a full-time position based in Jerusalem.
