A Kiruv Program in the Old City is looking for a Recruiter and Internship Placement Coordinator for an internship program.
This is a part-time job. Work in office and work from home position.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing and recruiting for the program - including networking abilities
- Gathering applications
- Interviewing applicants
- Guiding applicants through the acceptance process
- Internship placement - finding companies to host interns and matching the participants to the internship
- Visiting internship companies in person
- Attending various networking and recruiting events
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, proficient in Hebrew (MUST)
- HIGHLY Organized
- Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and on the phone
- Ability to work some night hours
