We’re seeking an energetic, organized and tech-savvy individual to join the team as a full-time Fundraising Coordinator.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  1. Supporting and working closely with one of our Fundraising Directors to maximize their productivity.
  2. Researching background of existing and potential donors.
  3. Planning events with high-net-worth donors.
  4. Background check and research of projects for fundraising.
  5. Drafting communications.


REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Experience in fundraising CRM tools; especially Salesforce.
  2. 5+ years experience working as a personal assistant or office admin.
  3. Experience in supporting fundraising from high-net-worth individuals and coordinating applications to foundations.
  4. Experience with event planning and organization.
  5. Strong interpersonal communicator.
  6. Strong organizational skills.
  7. Deals well with pressure.
  8. Ability to stick to a deadline.
  9. Demonstrable skills and experience on Excel.
  10. Mother tongue level written and spoken English - a must.
  11. Professional level written and spoken Hebrew - an advantage.
