Administrative Assistant for JLM-BioCity, a non-profit organization in the bio-industry field in Jerusalem.
Job Description
- Report directly to the CEO and president of the organization
- Handle administration of sponsorships
- Approach potential sponsors
- Maintain relations with current sponsors
- Send out invoices and bills to sponsors and maintain records for the accounts of organization
- Ensuring that sponsors appear updated on organizations website and promotional material.
- Keep track of bills and maintain records for the accountants of organization.
- Work with Accountant to produce annual Financial Report of the Organization.
- Event management – contact participants and presenters according to management requests
- Manage the administrative activities including pre and post events, accounting etc.

- Office experience and basic IT background (writing and editing of content in the organizations’ websites)
Social Media activities (FB, LinkedIn) – announcements and reminders, PR, graphics Requirements

- proficient with Word, Excel, Google Suite, Whatsap, Zoom and Internet.

- Fluent Hebrew and English (writing and speaking)
- Experience in working with high level bio-professionals
