Utilities (electric, water, gas, WIFI, building maintanance, etc) come to 200 a month in summer, 300 in winter months

3 roommates currently living there – a married couple in their 40s and an older gentleman, all vegetarians, who like to keep it quiet and clean.
students are most welcome, just make sure the location is good for you – and not too far from your place of study
