The Fuchsberg Jerusalem Center is a home in the heart of Jerusalem for transformative encounters with Torah and Israel for people of various ages and stages of Jewish life and learning. We are currently seeking an experienced administrative manager to streamline campus administration and operations and work closely with staff and participants to ensure effective program delivery. This position will report jointly to our CEO and CFO/COO.
Responsibilities Include:
- Updating faculty and staff regularly regarding important updates
- Managing office calendars and meetings for members of the executive team
- Coordinating room usage for assorted programs and visiting groups
- Communicating with tech, logistical, and maintenance providers and overseeing related projects
- Tracking collection and distribution of resources including office supplies and equipment
- Assisting with bureaucratic processes for visitors from abroad
- Tracking and documenting expenses
- Performing assorted tasks related to basic reception/phone/walk-in inquiries
- Assisting executive team with correspondence, scheduling, travel, and other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Experience of 3+ years in administration and office management
- Patient and friendly, and with strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong ability to multi-task and learn in a dynamic environment
- High-level proficiency with full Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with CRMs and email marketing and newsletter platforms
- Experience with basic bookkeeping – an advantage.
- English – mother tongue, Hebrew – mother tongue equivalent
This is a full-time position, 5 days a week from the offices in the Jerusalem city center.
Salary range: 7,000–8,500 NIS per month
