Mortgage Loan Processor - Work from Home
US company now hiring a Mortgage Loan Processor.
Candidates must have past mortgage processing experience and be detail oriented and good at problem solving with top communication skills
Duties include:
Submission to close
First point of contact for client and agents.
Timely, and complete submissions.
Understand and clear all conditions.
Work with the lender on all unnecessary/unclear conditions.
Create and maintain a checklist for all open items & follow it.
Get all conditions from client and 3rd
Manage a pipeline
Pipeline meetings with Loan Officer (LO).
Own the files with understanding and sense of urgency.
Provide all status updates to client and LO.
Follow the First-Class Experience process.
Close on time and smooth.
Review the files as quick as possible.
Deliver wow service
Smiling and confident communication.
Consistent updates to all parties for each milestone.
confident when talking to a client or third party (they may be our next referral source).
Pick up each phone call when possible or respond in a timely manner.
Proactive client interaction.
Position is working remotely from home, 32-36 weekly hours. At least 4 hours a day overlapping NY working time.
