An Israeli company specializing in international trade, located in North Tel Aviv, is recruiting a B2B business development manager for the Chinese market.
The candidate should be a high-level Chinese speaker, responsible for enlisting new customers (B2B) – including sales promotion, preservation of existing customers, market research, gathering information for exhibitions, etc.
The position also includes customer support using the English language (USA).
Requirements:
– Speak Chinese HSK 4-5 at least (required).
– English at proficiency level – speaking, writing and reading.
– Work experience (year+) within the Chinese market by means of sales / trading / sourcing or any other relevant experience is an advantage.
– Former experience of conducting business in the United States arena is preferable.
– Prior knowledge and experience with OFFICE software, predominantly EXCEL, is a must
– Familiarity with Chinese media including WECHAT, WEIBO, BAIDU etc. along with CROSS BORDER platforms such as TMALL, JD – is an advantage
– Marketing/sales oriented
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
