Overview

We are continuously growing and looking to strengthen our team with energetic and motivated support and service agents for communication services (cellular, home internet, landline, and TV).

In this role, a successful candidate will handle inbound and outbound traffic from our customers professionally and politely, using provided tools and acquired knowledge, while keeping up a positive attitude and energy, and being a team player.

The job is full-time work from home or our Jerusalem office.

Requirements:

  • Must understand the Anglo mentality and be customer service oriented.
  • Tech-savvy, or willing and motivated to learn.
  • Must have a PC, stable internet connection, and a place to work from home.
  • Good people skills and a desire to provide customers with great service.
  • Native-level English speaker and a high level of Hebrew proficiency.
  • Previous call center work experience is a plus.
