Haim Givati & Co., a leading boutique real estate firm catering to foreigners and Anglos for all their real estate needs in Israel, is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our CEO.

Responsibilities:
● Executive Support: Manage the CEO's personal calendar, travel arrangements, emails, and confidential communications.
● Personal Management: Maintain CEO’s email, manage contacts, meet deadlines, manage workflow, and assisting in personal requirement of CEO and clients.
● Communication Hub: Serve as a point of contact, responding to inquiries, relaying messages, replying to clients and providers, and filtering information for the CEO.
● Event Management: Assist with planning and coordinating logistics for events - both locally and abroad
● Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records, files, and expense reports.
● Administrative Skills: Draft, review, and send correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
● Collaboration: Liaise effectively with other team members.
Qualifications:
● Fluency in Hebrew and English (spoken, written and read).
● Jerusalem-based with a valid driver's license for work-related travel and errands.
● Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Secretary, or Office Manager role.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
● Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
● Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
● Initiative, self-direction, and a proactive approach to work.
