Position Overview
We're looking for a strategic sales leader to drive our initiatives in the complex space of cross-border employment. This role requires someone who combines deep working knowledge of both Israeli payroll systems and US employment practices. They should also have a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
The ideal candidate will be an active listener who can quickly understand client needs and proactively identify opportunities. They will generate leads and approach sales with humility and understanding, recognizing that they're not just closing deals, but helping people and organizations navigate complex employment situations.
