We are a real estate investment company which focuses on new development opportunities on the East Coast of the US. We are expanding and are looking for an acquisitions professional to join our team. The main responsibility of the role will be reaching out directly to property owners to engage them in a dialogue and submit acquisition offers on behalf of the company. You will work hand in hand with our team of analysts and the principals of the firm to price deals and navigate conversations with owners. Compensation for this role will be based on production and transactions closed.
