Job Description:
Our Social Media Specialist is responsible for the development and management of all the company’s social media platforms in various languages. The position includes being a part of the planning and execution of social media strategies, guiding teams of editors, content writers, and referents to adapt relevant content to the media, languages, and digital culture of the target audiences.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Planning and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that matches the company’s vision.
- Creating and adapting content for a wide variety of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
- Ongoing tracking and monitoring of social media accounts, including comments, tracking surfers, and sentiment analysis.
- Familiarity with new trends, fashions, and other aspects of digital culture in Israel and around the world.
- Setting up and managing campaigns in social networks.
- Developing and strengthening relationships with external partners, researchers, institutions, and influencers to establish a significant presence in social networks and digital media.
- Analysis and reporting on the performance of the company’s social media content, including engagement metrics, reach, and conversion metrics.
Requirements:
- Academic degree or relevant professional training (communication, marketing, etc.)
- Master’s degree is an advantage
- Knowledge of Hebrew and English at a high level is mandatory.
- Experience working with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer).
- Must have experience in setting up, managing, and monitoring campaigns in social or digital media in large organizations.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in Hebrew and English.
- Good interpersonal communication and the ability to work in broad interfaces and collaborations.
- Creative thinking and initiative.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently and in a team.
